Minimum Qualifications:
Baccalaureate Degree in Health Sciences, Administration, Education or equivalent required.
Plus 4 years Program/Project Manager, Data Management, Special Projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent written and oral communication skills, public speaking, team player.
Additional Information:
- Budgetary and Financial Support.
- Program budget management to include operational funds, federal awards, and foundation accounts.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to grants, including grant agreements, correspondence, financial records, and reports.
- Processes reimbursement, procurement, and travel requests into the Workday system.
- Assist the program with grant submissions, financial reports, and other routine duties.
- Develop and manage budgets for grant-funded projects, tracking expenses, and ensuring that funds are used in accordance with the grant agreements.
- Monitor expenses and make recommendations for changes based on grant projections.
- Manage procurement for the division/programs, including supply ordering, creating requisitions, and staying informed about procurement policies.
- Program Coordination.
- Managing special event forms, requests, spend authorizations, expense reports, and supplier invoice requests for department events, guest speakers, travel, and purchasing needs.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for program staff and students.
- Facilitate guest visits, including but not limited to creating travel arrangements and transportation, organizing itineraries, and processing reimbursements.
- Facilitate meetings hosted by Health Career U Office, including but not limited to reserving space, preparing agendas and minutes, distributing, and maintaining documentation, ordering supplies and food, and communicating with attendees.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Some travel may be required.
