This position is responsible for the team's performance meeting and / or exceeding the department standards as developed by the Senior Practice Manager and the CABC Director.Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field plus three (3) years of registration and / or billing experience or
• High School diploma / GED plus seven (7) years of registration and / or billing experience including three (3) years of experience in a healthcare environment required.AND
• Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills in order to successfully interact with individuals of diverse backgrounds
• Well-developed decision-making skills
• Highly motivated and self-directed individual to establish plans of actionPreferred Qualifications :
