The Patient Care Services Department is a high pace environment which encompasses 3000 plus employees that include a mixture of Direct Patient Care and Non-Direct Patient Care. The department is searching for a candidate that can provide support to timekeeping/payroll functions. A successful candidate should have experience in and proven experience with attention to detail but not limited to the ability to multi-task duties with customer phone calls / walk-in requests and have the ability to prioritizing daily, monthly, and annual activities to meet deadlines.

- High school diploma plus four (4) years of office management experience with specific experience in timekeeping and payroll processing
- Proven experience with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task duties with customer phone calls and walk-in request
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Ability to sit for a period of time
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, or related
- Four (4) year of experience in a clinical/hospital setting processing payroll and timekeeping and office management
- Knowledge of Kronos, Microsoft Access
Responsibilities
- Performs payroll and timekeeping functions, including reviewing and correcting employee timecards, submitting requests for payment, and maintaining records of payments.
- Responds to inquiries regarding employee benefits and concerns regarding hours Analyzes and compares schedules and reports for FMLA accuracy.
- Processes pay incentives for staff approved for critical shifts and incentives.
- Other duties as assigned.
