Qualifications
Minimum
- High School diploma/GED plus computer.
- Basic keyboard skills and telephone etiquette skills.
- Experience in a food service, customer services or patient care setting.
- Provides an excellent customer service experience when the patients are making menu selections.
- Take food orders over the phone.
- Make selections into the electronic meal selection, and updating and recording patient information.
- Corrects menu choices based on meal patterns, allergies and patient preferences.
- Trouble-shoots issues at the point of service affecting patient satisfaction with the food service.
- May perform other duties as assigned.
