Minimum Qualifications
The Skilled Tradesman must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) plus five years minimum experience with renovation, maintenance, drywall, painting, tile, fixtures, and wall mount assembly.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference given to applicants licensed as a Journeyman Electrician in accordance with ACA 17-28-304, Journeyman Plumber in accordance with ACA 17-38-301, OR HVAC Mechanics in accordance with ACA 17-33-301.
