Summary of Job Duties:
The Administrative Support Supervisor is responsible for assisting and supporting the Director.
This person may supervise seasonal, hourly employees and any other employees as assigned. Research support is required for each area of study/research at the Southwest Research and Extension Center (SWREC). The Administrative Support Supervisor is responsible for human resource/personnel related functions at SWREC and is in close contact with the UADA Human Resource managers. This person will be the receptionist, handle travel arrangements, handle vehicle, equipment, and inventory management, and is the safety coordinator at SWREC. This position handles the activities of support level personnel at SWREC and any other duties as assigned. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
The formal education of a high school diploma; plus one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field; plus four years of experience in administrative support, including one year in a supervisory or leadership
