Required Education and/or Experience:
- Master's Degree in education-related field;
- Teaching Experience.
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- Current Teacher Certification;
- Experience in higher education and K-12 settings;
- Terminal degree in an education-related field;
- Experience coaching preservice or novice teachers.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with students, faculty, and school district personnel to select high quality; mentor teachers and place students for field experience and internship;
- Coordinate District, School, and Mentor Teacher connections, including keeping updated partnership records and maintaining placement information;
- Conduct quarterly mentor teacher trainings;
- Organize quarterly governance meetings and ensure timely and accurate data collection and sharing;
- Oversee Site Coordinators;
- Teach at least one course in fall, spring and summer;
- Participate in university and community service;
- Work positively with faculty, staff, students, and the community;
- Other duties as assigned.

- Dispositions for technology use and collaborative, school-based initiatives;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to lead teams;
- Ability to coordinate across stakeholders.
