The Criminal Justice Institute (CJI) is a campus of the University of Arkansas System that serves a unique population of non-traditional students—certified law enforcement professionals who are actively employed within our State’s police departments and sheriff’s offices. Qualifications:
To qualify for the Human Resources Coordinator position, candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, 5 years of relevant experience is required. Key skills include strong communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in HR information systems (Workday preferred), and a solid understanding of labor laws and regulations. Other combinations of experience and/or education may be considered for the position. Other job-related education and/or experience may be substituted for all or part of these basic requirements upon approval of the Director of the Criminal Justice Institute.
