Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an associate degree with seven (7) years of experience as an educator/instructor or RN experience OR BSN in Nursing plus five (5) years’ experience as an educator/instructor or RN.
- One (1) year of experience in a clinical environment.
- Valid Arkansas Registered Nursing license.
- Current BLS certification OR must successfully obtain certification within the first thirty (30) days of employment.
- A valid AR driver's license is required with current automobile insurance and a reliable car for moderate travel to LR occasionally and to surrounding communities (mileage reimbursed at the current state mileage reimbursement rate) if a state vehicle is not available—occasional out-of-state travel.
- A personal working cell phone is required.
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Mobile Health Clinic Obligations:
- Prepares patients for clinic visits by obtaining vitals and entering data into the EHR; accompanying patients to assigned exam rooms; obtaining patients HPI; updating active problems and medication lists; and updating allergies and past surgical and medical history.
- Communicates summary of reason for patient’s visit to provider.
- Gathers and places supplies and instruments appropriate for anticipated exams and/or procedures, based on stated reason for appointment or information gleaned during the intake.
- Assists the provider with patient care.
- Administer medications and vaccines per protocol or as ordered by the provider and perform point-of-care testing.
- Reinforces patient education and instructions at the conclusion of the visit.
- Assists patient in scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Assists patients with scheduling appointments with outside providers when an outgoing referral is ordered.
- Exhibits competency with professional nursing skills and EHR documentation.
- Exhibits professionalism by maintaining a positive working relationship with patients, providers, and employees.
- Assists with cleaning, stocking, preparation, and driving of mobile health units.
Develops and manages relationships with program participants and community stakeholders.
- Coordinates communication with community stakeholders. Works with program managers to develop and deliver appropriate outreach and communication for projects.
- Responsible for relationship building and management with external partners.
- Frequently track and report on program deliverables through effective utilization of program management software.
- Identifies barriers and utilizes good problem-solving skills to address issues that arise in regard to participant relationships, ensuring all program objectives are met and data collection processes and procedures are followed.
- Inform program and clinic decisions as related to culturally adapting services to the black/ AA and Hispanic communities
