Summary of Job Duties:
The Tech Store Sales Associate will work with patrons of the Tech Store and Service Center using their tech-savvy abilities and knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and perform cash register operations while maintaining a high level of customer service. Ability to adhere to store policies and procedures. Position requires forward facing customer interactions.
Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job function of this job, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

- Formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
- Previous cash register experience
- Reading comprehension
- Ability to work in June and July
- Previous retail operation experience
- Previous 10 key experience

- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
- Ability to interface with customers with an approachable and positive attitude
