The Robert G. Merrick School of Business at the University of Baltimore invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position in Operations and Supply Chain Management. The position is available beginning fall 2025 and is subject to final budget approval by the President of the University.

Successful candidates will have a Ph.D. in operations management or a closely related discipline, or be within a year of Ph.D. completion. Current knowledge and skills in the areas of operations and supply chain management, including the use of AI to solve problems in these areas, is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills, a proven teaching and research record, and a desire to work closely with undergraduate and graduate business students. Experience teaching online is desirable.
