About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Education Program Manager to join our team at the University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, managing, and delivering education programs to community members through direct education and volunteer management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and support volunteers to deliver UC-approved curricula and activities.
- Develop strategic outreach plans to ensure all eligible ethnic groups and races have received information regarding program education opportunities.
- Meet with local partners to discuss the delivery of lessons to their students and clientele.
- Maintain accurate records tracking partnerships, collaborations, and community events.
Degree Requirements:
An Associate degree in a related area, or equivalent experience/training is required. Continuing education in a related field is also required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual communication/translation abilities in English and Spanish/Hmong/Mandarin/Vietnamese or other language spoken in the community.
