Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of the Business Intelligence and Project Management Office, this role leverages technical expertise and project management skills to support divisional initiatives and projects. Key responsibilities include : Project Leadership : Assess business and information needs, identify user requirements, and lead cross-functional projects to implement solutions for complex initiatives; Process Improvement : Analyze and improve business processes by defining needs, mapping workflows, and executing solutions. Technical Expertise : Provide technical leadership and deliver insights through metrics, analysis, and recommendations.
Communication and Reporting : Provide status updates and results to senior leadership and stakeholders. Collaboration and Relationship Building : Foster strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure alignment on project goals, enhance communication, and drive successful project outcomes. Act as a liaison to resolve conflicts, build trust, and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and / or certification if required of the position
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working as a project manager. Demonstrated leadership experience to independently manage / direct a wide variety of projects to their successful completion. Experience reporting results to senior leadership
- Experience in business systems analysis, using analytical, problem-solving and management skills to independently research, develop, take ownership of, and confidently recommend technical solutions to complex problems and issues
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements from multiple, cross-functional stakeholders using appropriate methodologies. Experience providing technical training, documentation, guidance, and support to a diverse audience
- Experience determining priorities, exercising independent judgment, collaborating with colleagues, and making appropriate, strategic decisions
- Experience implementing processes including workflows, automations integrations, and notifications, as well as creating reports and dashboards
- Interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills including diplomacy and the ability to explain complex technical and conceptual information to individuals of varying technical expertise.
