Responsibilities : Position Summary :
Incumbent is responsible for identifying opportunity, coordinating and executing events, engagements, programs and outreach efforts focused on referring physicians, community partners, hospitals, and consumers. This position will nurture relationships with identified partners within the community for the purpose of increasing utilization of UC Irvine Health physicians and services. Develops multiple methods and services to strengthen relationships and meet the needs of physicians and consumers in the marketplace. Experienced professional who knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field; independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the function areas.

Required Qualifications :
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks with a high attention to detail. Required
- Previous experience managing events, working in a hospital / healthcare environment Required
- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties Required
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job Required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Required
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word Required
