Your Role on the Team
Position Summary :
Leads major concurrent complex projects from initiation through implementation, including coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants. An active member of the IS PMO, the project manager will also assist leadership with optimizing existing project processes, procedures and guidelines. There also may be opportunity to mentor junior-level project managers.

Required Qualifications :
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven skills in managing large and complex projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating.
- Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
- Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Systems including 3 or more years project management experience in a Healthcare environment
- Minimum 3 years of experience in working with IT infrastructure, hardware and data center technologies
- Exceptional skills in report writing and making technical presentations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced technical projects
- Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities
