Your Role on the Team

Independently uses skills as an experienced organizational development and effectiveness professional with a full understanding of organizational consulting practices within medium to large, complex departments, divisions, schools and colleges to resolve a wide variety of organizational consulting issues and situations. Is proficient in identification and resolution of moderate to complex organizational issues. Works on strategic organizational consulting issues that are diverse in scope, where analysis of situations requires evaluation of various factors. Normally receives little instruction on planning, researching, and resolving organizational effectiveness issues, with general instructions and guidance provided on new assignments and / or more unique situations including strategic planning. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Pay Rate : $40.90 / hr

Required :

  • 2-3 years project management experience
  • Advance skills in excel (analyze data, pivots, vlookup)
  • Knowledge of data analytical tools including Power BI (dashboard platform with Microsoft, healthcare, similar to tableau)
  • Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging technologies and their impact on the workforce
  • Previous experience in a Healthcare setting preferred
  • Applies advanced organizational development and change management concepts to perform highly complex technical analysis to understand past performance and determine present and future performance and / or resource allocations.
  • Outlines a plan of action and takes charge of implementing that plan.
  • Assist with workforce planning through analysis, timeline management, deliverable tracking, dashboard creation.
  • Exercises wide judgment in selecting and developing methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining appropriate results and resolution of organizational effectiveness issues.
  • Understands business needs and ensures that processes are outlined, tracked and benchmarked. Coordinate efforts with functional and operational PMs, Assesses complex situations, identifies desired improvements, works with clients to address issues and implement solutions in alignment with strategic goals.
  • Assist in identifying key deliverables, timeline, process needs and gaps.
  • Provides collaborative leadership and consultation, strategic planning, design and facilitation, and project management on complex problems to achieve strategically aligned solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to use AI and other emerging technologies to enhance productivity and streamline workflows. Leverage advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and data analytics, to optimize project workflows, predict risks, and identify innovative solutions.
  • Has thorough knowledge of the organizational development and effectiveness field, theories, models to assess, design and implement customized organizational interventions.
  • Demonstrates analytical, problem-solving, project planning and implementation skills.
  • Skilled in facilitation, consulting and relationship building.
  • Possesses effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates ability to learn quickly, reason, synthesize and generalize based on information obtained.
  • Ability to focus on priorities, strategies, and vision.
  • Ability to coach, facilitate, and influence people.

    TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT

    This is a temporary employment recruitment reporting to the UCI Temporary Employment Services (TES) Department. Interviewing and hiring is based on internal hiring needs and how well the candidate's experience matches the assignment requirements. Certain temporary assignments may require clearance of a health physical or require a valid California Driver's License for driving university vehicles.

    The majority of our temporary positions are Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. We also have occasional part-time, weekend, and evening hours available, depending on the assignment. Comprehensive benefits options are also available for temporary employees, including paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave.
