The Clinical Nurse Manager reports to the Unit Director and serves as an expert clinical leader and role model of clinical best practices. Experienced professional who provides direct clinical supervision to professional and technical employees. Spends the majority of time (50% or more) achieving clinical organizational objectives through the coordinated clinical achievements of subordinate staff. Participates in establishing clinical departmental goals and objectives. Manages the accountability and stewardship of human, financial, and often physical resources to facilitate coordinated and quality patient care in compliance with departmental and organizational goals and objectives.
Salary range: $140,200 - $331,800 Annually
We're seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated, and adaptable nursing leader with:
- Master's Degree in Nursing required, or Bachelors in Nursing (BSN) and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Organizational Leadership (MOL), Healthcare Leadership -required
- CA RN license -required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS -required
- Extensive ED RN experience-required
- CEN-required
- Nursing Professional Leadership Certification (NEA-BC, NE-BC, CNL, CNML preferred) or obtain within 12 months
- Progressive leadership experienced preferred
