As a Healthcare Furniture and Equipment Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the Real Estate | Planning, Design, and Construction team completes projects on-time and on-budget for the UCLA Health System. Your role will focus on overseeing Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) management within the Hospitals and Medical Office Buildings throughout Los Angeles County. Primary duties include:
*Assist with space planning and FFE studies.
*Assist with choosing finish, furniture, equipment, signage, and art selections.
*Review proposals, contracts, and construction documents.
*Support move planning, logistics, installation, and licensing.
*Coordinates hand-off to UCLA Health client upon project substantial completion.
*Independently manage smaller design and construction projects.
*Oversee project reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

The full hourly salary range for this position is $36.49 - $76.05. Please note - the department's target pay range is $37.00 - $44.00/hour.
