Under the direct supervision of the 4SW Oncology Unit Director, the Administrative/Clinical Care Partner will assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge procedures, answer patient call lights and phone calls with CICARE, delegate to the appropriate personnel, and provide direct patient care within the Certified Nursing Assistance (CNA) scope of practice, including but not limited to vital signs, activities of daily living, personal hygiene, intake and outtake needs, constant observation, and safety and comfort measures.
Salary range: $29.69-$29.69 hourly

We are seeking a highly-skilled, self-motivated nursing professional with:
- Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificateORcurrent enrollment in a state-approved nursing school program with a minimum of one completed Med/Surg rotation,required.
- BLS from the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association,required.
- Recent experience in an acute care hospital environment, preferred.
- Experience with oncology patients, preferred.
- Understanding of basic medical terminology and abbreviations, preferred.
- Strong communication, computer data entry, interpersonal, and organizational skills are highly desirable.
- Skill in evaluating and reporting various kinds of emergent information pertinent to the functioning of an inpatient care unit.
- Ability to multitask and perform all physical requirements of delegated nursing-assisted tasks.
- Skill in prioritizing assignments to complete work in a timely manner when there are competing requirements and a heavy workload.
