What are the responsibilities and job description for the Public Education Specialist 2 - Custom Programs Domestic and International position at University of California - Riverside?
Under the supervision of the Director of Corporate and Custom Programs, the Public Education Specialist (Program Coordinator) coordinates open enrollment programs and custom/special programs within Extension's Academic Affairs Department for both international and domestic markets. Assists in the efficient and seamless planning, implementation, and delivery of new and established academic training programs for university students, local professionals, executives, and international clients. Provides pre-production, production, and post-production program coordination, program reporting, administrative support, and serves as a liaison with local and international partners. Conducts research and analyzes program content and delivery needs to secure appropriate course presentation settings and instructors. Arranges logistics and ensures appropriate course materials and technology are available to support projects. Provides high-quality customer service to instructors, staff, and educational partners, second-level programmatic expert support to prospective students, and academic service support to enrolled students.
The full salary range for the Recruitment Specialist is $51,600 - $87,00 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $51,600 - $56,200 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
