What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bixby Administrative Coordinator position at University of California San Francisco?
The UCSF Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health integrates research, training, clinical care, and advocacy to advance reproductive autonomy, equitable and compassionate care, and reproductive and sexual health worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Bixby membership and onboarding
- Manage the staff development and Resource Allocation Program grant programs
- Provide administrative support for Bixby core functions, including event logistics, scheduling, notetaking, and fundraising
- Assist with external communications, for example, web content, social media, and newsletter
- Provide administrative support to support AEISC efforts in Bixby and ZSFG Division
- Provide administrative support for the Equity and Justice Specialist and the AEISC leadership committee
- Coordinate meetings and trainings
- Manage correspondence and schedules
- Oversee and update AEISC strategic planning projects and documentation
- Provide administrative support for meetings (agendas, reports, presentations, minutes)
- Support Community Accountability Board (communication, scheduling, and monthly meetings)
