Research Fellowship : Departmentof Anesthesia and Perioperative Care,UCSF
The University of California,San Francisco (UCSF) Department of Anesthesia and PerioperativeCare is accepting applications for a research fellowship funded bythe NIH. Positions are available with flexible starting dates in2025. The primary goal of the fellowship is to prepareanesthesiologists for academic research careers, althoughphysicians from related specialties may be considered. Fellows whohave completed anesthesiology residency will have the opportunityto join the faculty as Clinical Instructors and dedicate 20% effortto clinical work without call.
Candidatesinterested in basic, translational, and clinical research in areasthat are relevant to anesthesiology and the perioperative sciencesare invited to apply. Fellows will receive in-depth researchmentorship, complete tailored coursework, and join a community ofdiverse physician-scientists.

- Neurosciences andPain
- Omics, Bioinformatics, and MedicalInformatics
- Health Outcomes,Disparities / Equity, and ImplementationScience
