Required Qualifications
- Water Exercise Instructor Certification such as YMCA, Aquatics Exercise Association (AEA), SCW Fitness, or other relevant water exercise and fitness certification (required)
- American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification or equivalent Nationally Recognized Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification (active or obtained within 6 months of hire)
- Verbal and written communication skills in the English language, active listening, dynamic flexibility, critical thinking, multi-task and time management skills.
- Ability to exercise independent sound judgment and employ reasoning skills.
- Client service minded, entrepreneurial spirit and creative thinking skills.
- Basic skills in computer programs relevant to job duties.
- Ability to successfully complete background check is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of more of experience as a Water Exercise Instructor
