Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for patients and families.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance and authorization.
- Update patient demographics, audit billing documents, dispositions appointments, collect co-pays, and manage petty cash drawer.
Requirements
- A minimum of three (3) years previous related experience in a large complex healthcare setting.
- Prior scheduling experience and knowledge of third-party payors.
- Strong problem-solving ability, excellent communication skills, and proficiency using Microsoft Applications.
- Ability to work in an interactive environment, possess excellent customer service skills, and adapt to changing priorities.
