Director of Marketing and Communications for Current Student Engagement

The Director of Marketing and Communications for Current Student Engagement is a strategic leadership role within UCR’s Enrollment Services division. The Director will oversee, and direct projects focused on enhancing communication and engagement with current students. The Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication and marketing initiatives that enhance the overall administrative journey required of current students to navigate while at UCR. This role focuses on creating and maintaining effective communication channels that support various aspects of financial aid, scholarships, registration and related processes, course articulation, summer sessions, and the Highlander One Stop Shop. The Director will ensure that all communication efforts are coordinated with other areas of campus such as VPDUE, VCSA, HWS as well as are aligned with the strategic priorities of Enrollment Services to ensure cohesive and impactful messaging that supports student success, retention, and satisfaction ultimately contributing to a positive and supportive environment for UCR students.

The salary range for this position is $100,100 - $190,500 annually. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $100,100 - $122,700 annually. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
