Position Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching assigned classes at the assigned times and participating in program-level meetings as scheduled. In addition, the successful candidate will keep required office hours for meeting students enrolled in their classes. This position will teach in the NFS Apparel and Construction content area. - Demonstrate effective follow-up. Required Education and / or Experience A graduate degree in a field related to Nutrition and Family Sciences, or an equivalent combination of relevant coursework, licensure / credentialing, and / or professional experience.
Professional experience in areas directly related to the course content is required.Experience with residential and commercial embroidery machines, vinyl and heat press machines, and residential sewing machines, along with a strong understanding of entrepreneurship in the sewing industry, is highly preferred. License(s) / Certifications (Required or Preferred)
