Position Summary
The Graduate School at the University of Central Arkansas seeks a Computer Support Specialist to manage database systems, provide technological expertise, and oversee Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. This position reports to the Dean of the Graduate School and plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the technological infrastructure that supports graduate education. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency / institution policy. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Slate CRM system, including communication plans, data imports, and system integrations
- Provide functional support and training to Graduate School staff and campus constituents
- Develop and maintain database queries and reports
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions for system improvements
- Manage document imaging systems and workflows
- Coordinate with Information Systems and Technology department for system implementations
- Build and maintain online applications and forms
- Monitor system performance and data integrity
- Provide training on Banner, Slate, Perceptive Content, and other web-based platforms
