Position Summary
The Finance & Administration Project Administrator completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the VP’s ability to effectively lead. Job Duties and Responsibilities -Develop and analyze spreadsheets regarding a number of activities including Budget preparation and analysis
- Participate in a wide variety of meetings and facilitate follow up
- Assist in monitoring incoming and outgoing traffic for the floor
- Monitor and oversee VP’s calendar & task list
- Gather / create documents in preparation for meetings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the VP, including those of a confidential or critical nature
- Create, edit, and / or update VP presentations as needed
- Review and reconcile leave reports and approved leave slips for VP’s direct reports each pay period
- Other duties as assigned
