Examples of Duties
Performs all aspects of document management which includes preparing, reviewing, and sorting documents for data entry for outgoing and/or incoming mail
Check source documents for accuracy
Store completed documents in designated locations; access and print information or documents when required
Scanning documents after file review
Communicate with students, parents, and other departments regarding documentation required for determination of financial aid eligibility by personal contact, telephone, email, and fax.
Assist financial aid staff with other duties as needed.
Supplemental Information
Working Hours are M-F 8-5 (Limited to 20 hours a week)
