Job Summary: |
We are seeking a technologically savvy, experienced, and high-performing manager of HR data analytics that has a passion for using data to drive insights that result in meaningful and actionable business process improvements benefiting our workforce and organizational goals and objectives. The HR Workforce Analytics Manager will play a critical role in shaping data-driven insights and strategies to support talent management, workforce planning, and decision-making for campus and within the central HR function. This position will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and oversee one direct report. As part of a dynamic and innovative central HR team at a public higher education medical campus with Tier One Research status, this role will contribute to shaping the workforce strategies in alignment with the institution's academic, research, and healthcare missions. The position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement. Work Environment:

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $115,000 - $130,000. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
