Salary Range : $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 annually. The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This position is Exempt from the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.
Work Location : Hybrid (20% remote, 80% on-site)

Summary

We are committed to fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment where everyone can explore, discover, and grow.
As a member of the Collections and Content Department, the Electronic Resources and Discovery Librarian leads the development of the Kraemer Family Library's electronic resource collection by managing the lifecycle of electronic resources, including databases, e-journals, e-books, datasets, and streaming videos for the UCCS community. This position oversees access to electronic resources by managing the discovery service, Summon, and maintaining authentication services. Additionally, this position serves as a liaison to one or more academic programs for providing advanced research, instruction and collection support and provides general research assistance at the library assistance desk. This is a 12-month tenure-track faculty appointment that requires scholarly activities such as research projects and publications in addition to providing service to the library, campus or profession.
