Examples of Work Performed:
- Monitor students taking tests to ensure a secure testing environment
- Ensure all test administration complies with university policy and ADA regulations
- Respond to and troubleshoot testing situations with professionalism and calm
- Perform general office tasks associated with testing such as record keeping and securing exam materials while maintaining student confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned.

- High School diploma
- Bachelor’s degree
- Work experience in higher education
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally
- Computer literate with knowledge of web and Microsoft applications
