- Bachelor’s degree;
- Evidence of effective written communication skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as the use of Google docs and Google forms;
- Experience developing relationships and facilitating collaboration with various stakeholders;
- Ability to foster an inclusive environment;
- Experience and success in delivering presentations;
- Experience in organizing events.
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:
- Master’s degree, or graduate course work, in higher education, college student personnel, or related field;
- Experience mentoring or managing undergraduate students;
- Experience in project management;
- Evidence of effective oral communication skills;
- Evidence of effective collaboration and teamwork;
- Experience in event planning, including promotion efforts;
- Familiarity with communications applications, including social media platforms;
- Knowledge of, or willingness to engage with, Catholic and/or Marianist educational values;
- Experience in the development and implementation of experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students.
