Job description Summary As the Site Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and coaching students in various sports and activities within each school. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of coaches while ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging atmosphere for all participants. Your leadership and coaching skills will contribute to the overall development and growth of young athletes, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and character-building.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead a team of coaches in organizing and conducting sports and activity sessions for students at each school.
  • Oversee and manage daily coaching activities, ensuring they align with established objectives and curriculum.
  • Mentor and train coaches, providing valuable feedback to improve coaching techniques and approaches.
  • Collaborate with school faculty and staff to integrate coaching programs effectively into the school's environment.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, emphasizing respect, teamwork, and fair play.
  • Observe and evaluate coaching sessions to assess the progress of individual students and the overall program.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and school administrators to provide updates on student performance and program developments.
  • Manage equipment and resources, ensuring they are properly maintained and readily available for coaching sessions.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, specifically in coaching or leading youth sports activities.
  • A passion for working with children and a genuine interest in their personal and athletic development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school personnel.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to plan and manage coaching schedules and program logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire young athletes to achieve their potential.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic school environment with varying schedules.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • AA degree or higher
  • Able to drug and background check
  • TB Tested
  • Experience in management, Google Workspace, Microsoft, and managing databases
  • Experience in compliance
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Schedule : Between 8 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm

    Experience : At least 3 years of supervisory level (Required)
