Job description Summary As the Site Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and coaching students in various sports and activities within each school. You will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of coaches while ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging atmosphere for all participants. Your leadership and coaching skills will contribute to the overall development and growth of young athletes, fostering teamwork, sportsmanship, and character-building.
Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of coaches in organizing and conducting sports and activity sessions for students at each school.
- Oversee and manage daily coaching activities, ensuring they align with established objectives and curriculum.
- Mentor and train coaches, providing valuable feedback to improve coaching techniques and approaches.
- Collaborate with school faculty and staff to integrate coaching programs effectively into the school's environment.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, emphasizing respect, teamwork, and fair play.
- Observe and evaluate coaching sessions to assess the progress of individual students and the overall program.
- Communicate regularly with parents and school administrators to provide updates on student performance and program developments.
- Manage equipment and resources, ensuring they are properly maintained and readily available for coaching sessions.
