Overview
Full time 40 hours/week | 7:00am - 4:30pm
Executes and manages the inspection, service and repair of all equipment and systems serviced by the Maintenance department including, but not limited to, those listed in Attachment A.
Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:High school education or equivalent. Prefer training associated with Masters' or Journeyman(s) license or two or more years of specialized education. A master's license that includes a minimum of five to eight years of commercial related trade work experience, or seven to ten years of commercial related trade work experience without a master's license, with a preference of three or more years of that experience in a healthcare environment, including some supervisory or management experience. Technical educational training may substitute for up to two years work related experience.Motor Vehicle Operator Designation:None providedLicensure/Certification/Registration:Master's or Journeyman(s) license preferred. A valid Florida drivers license.
