Diagnostic Imaging is seeking a manager to join their leadership team! The Manager works closely with the Director to ensure immediate and long-term plans, department budgets, productivity and policies are carried out as well as ensuring compliance with all regulatory and government agencies. The Manager conducts themselves in a professional manner responding to patient needs and supporting their colleagues and associates in providing quality patient care. Working in association with the staff, the Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational functions of the department.Qualifications
Education:• Bachelor’s Degree required, or Team member will be required to obtain bachelor’s degree within 2 yrs and 6 months from offer letter; associate degree required; graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology Licensure/Certification/Registration:
• (ARRT) required, State of Florida Licensure Certified Radiologic Technologist (General Radiographer) required
• BLS Required Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training:
• Proven leadership ability, ability to develop and support a positive work environment, exemplary technical skills.
• Excellent communication skills Experience Required:
• Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience preferred
