Overview
Performs a variety of radiographic procedures for diagnosis and treatment during training period under supervision of licensed Radiologic Technologist.Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Satisfactory completion of a Radiologic Technology program which has been accredited by an agency accepted by the ARRT. Radiography Registry confirmation through ARRT. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation: Employees in this position: Will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose NOTE: A frequent driver is defined as one who uses his/her personal or Shands automobile a) at least once daily, b) at least five individual trips per week or c) drives, on average, over 150 miles per week in the performance of his/her job. Licensure/Certification/Registration: Must have Radiography registry posted on ARRT website for source verification and must submit State of Florida license application as a Certified Radiologic Technologist within 30 days of receiving ARRT registry. Promotion to Radiologist Technologist position will occur upon receipt of Florida State License.
