Responsibilities
The Medication Reconciliation Pharmacy Technician is responsible for accurately performing medication histories upon admission, med history entry into electronic data base, and all basic pharmacy technician functions in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Valid State Registered Pharmacy Technician license (in good standing)
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CFHT) within 12 months of hire
- Medication History Certificate (PTCB) within 12 months of hire
Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
