OPS Lab Technician
Job Description:A position for lab technician (OPS) is available immediately in the Yang Lab in the Department of Orthodontics at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. We are committed to study the mechanotransduction and biological mechanism during tooth movement using various models. Research experience with cell culture and basic biological experiments is required. Candidates with any experience in 3D cell culture, microfluidic cell culture, immunofluorescent staining, RNA-seq, proteomics will be given priority consideration.
Expected Salary:$15.00/hr
Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent. Research experience with cell culture and basic biological experiments is required.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in:
- 3D cell culture
- microfluidic cell culture
- immunofluorescent staining
- RNA-seq
- proteomics
