Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical reviews of assigned patients to identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent denials, promote appropriate length of stay, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to coordinate patient care, including direct caregivers, physicians, and ancillary departments.
- Provide expert guidance on MCG criteria and application of SI/IS rules.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing.
