Development and Ticket Office Student Worker

Assist with customer service needs including answering incoming phone calls, placing outbound phone calls, directing person-to-person transactions, and email correspondence.

Ability to work UGA Athletics ticketed sporting events (football, baseball, softball, basketball, gymnastics).

Assist full-time staff with ticket allocation, distribution, fulfillment, and mailing.

Participate in special projects as needed by full-time staff members in the fundraising and ticketing offices.
