| Minimum Qualifications | Requires at least a baccalaureate degree in the field. Please contact your Human Resources office for an evaluation of education/experience in lieu of the required minimum qualifications. |
| Preferred Qualifications | - Training and/or experience in quality management and/or safety management or closely related areas - Hands-on work experience in medical, veterinary, or comparable laboratory settings at best under QM-accredited conditions - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with the team - Outstanding attention to detail - Willingness to cross-train for additional laboratory procedures as needed |
| Position Summary | This position will serve as the Quality Manager and Safety Officer for the Tifton Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory, a full service veterinary diagnostic laboratory accredited with the American Association of Veterinary Laboratory Diagnosticians (AAVLD). Coordination and implementation of the quality system. Oversee safety protocols and procedures. |
