Position Summary | The Recruitment and Community Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the recruitment strategy and community engagement efforts for UGA Auxiliary Services. This position is responsible for building and promoting a unified employment brand, developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, and directly impacting the attraction and engagement phases of the recruitment funnel. The goal is to position UGA Auxiliary Services as an employer of choice on campus and in the surrounding five-county area. |
