Position Information Classification Title Laboratory Paraprofessional / Professional FLSA Non-Exempt FTE 1.00 Minimum Qualifications Requires technical knowledge in the field acquired through an apprenticeship, a 2-year degree, or professional certificate. Preferred Qualifications Position Summary This position will conduct cell culture and analysis as well as help in developing the experimental process and assisting post doctoral fellows, and graduate students. In addition this position will perform new studies on cell cultures in collaboration with post docs and students. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and / or Competencies
- Experience in experimental design
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and document management
- Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture techniques
- Experience with stem cell culture and extracellular vesicle analysis
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail for maintaining accurate records
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Effective communication skills to interact with researchers, students, and external collaborators
