Position Summary | The Supplies and Delivery Services Manager reports to the Director of Administrative Services and is responsible for managing mailroom operations and supplies purchasing and distribution within the University of Georgia Libraries. This position supervises at least 1 full time staff member and a team of student workers to ensure continuity of operations as it relates to deliveries, university regulation and federal postal laws, supplies and equipment purchasing, and inventory. The Libraries mailroom is a complex operation that conducts daily deliveries to 7 or more campus libraries, liaises with University Campus Mail and the U.S. Postal Service, and coordinates special delivery of library items off campus and internationally. |
