Position Summary
Provides administrative support to LLED faculty and staff including, but not limited to, creating and maintaining office supply inventory, assisting Office Manager with equipment inventory, copying / scanning, overseeing office space signage, supporting social media, and other general reception duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and organizing mail. Some special project work with faculty included.
Additional Education, Experience, Licensure, and / or Certification
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and / or Competencies
Basic computer skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe softwares.
Physical Demands
Some light lifting (reorganizing office spaces and stocking supply room) required. Sitting at desk doing computer work. Walking on errands.
Is driving required to perform essential duties outlined in this position? (This does not include infrequent trips) The successful candidate would have to provide proof that s / he has a valid driver's license when offered employment.
