Positions are part-time, temporary, non-tenure, and contingent upon course offerings, sufficient student enrollment, position clearance and availability of funding. May be for courses during the day, evening, and/or via distance learning, as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct lectures and/or laboratories in the Department of Biology
- Maintain a minimum of one office hour per week for each course.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Biology or related field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated teaching effectiveness
Desirable Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Biology or related field.
- Demonstrated high-quality instruction and teaching effectiveness in both lecture and laboratory settings at the college level.
