Salary Information: Minimum for Academic Year 2025-2026, $1,911 per credit hour, commensurate with education and experience.
Other Conditions:- For lecturer applicant pool, part-time, pending availability of funds and actual staffing requirements.
- Must be available to teach courses online and in person, either during the day, evening, or weekend.
Duties and Responsibilities- Teach assigned courses in Facilities Management.
- Manage assigned course content, assignments, interactions and communications in a timely & professional manner.
- Maintain a minimum of one office hour per week for each course taught.
- Update course syllabi and assessment reports related to teaching and student feedback.
- Work under supervision of division chair/program faculty to integrate teaching efforts with other instructors in discipline area.
- Work with the program faculty to continuously improve the course content at the end of semester.
- Work with classroom multimedia and/or distance education course management system technologies.
Minimum Qualifications- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with equivalent professional experiences &/or certifications in relevant facilities management discipline.
Desirable Qualifications- College teaching experience with demonstrated lecture and/or online teaching effectiveness.
