Other Conditions: For placement in lecturer pool for Spring 2025 and future semesters, day and/or evening courses, including Outreach extension and summer courses. Contingent upon registration, position availability, course offerings, departmental need, and funding. Positions are part-time, non-tenure for lecturer candidate pool. Lecturers are required to reside in and teach from Hawaii.

Duties and Responsibilities- To teach various courses in the Departments of Anthropology, Economics, Ethnic Studies, Geography and Environment, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Urban & Regional Planning, Women, Gender and Sexuality Studies, the Manoa Academy, Public Administration Program, Public Policy Center, and the School of Communication and Information. Other related duties, include meeting course requirements as established by the department/program, preparing course syllabus, grading, maintaining weekly office hours.
- M.A. in appropriate field.
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively.
- Ph.D. in appropriate field.
