ECLIPSE (Employment Capacity Leveraged through Inclusive Post-Secondary Education) is a statewide model demonstration project housed at the University of Idaho designed to promote competitive integrated employment (CIE) within inclusive post-secondary education (IPSE) programs for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Position Overview
This position will coordinate program marketing, evaluation, and dissemination activities for ECLIPSE, a statewide model demonstration project at the University of Idaho promoting competitive integrated employment for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities in inclusive post-secondary education programs in the state of Idaho.

Required Experience
- Three years of work experience in program evaluation and/or dissemination/marketing
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, or Education; four additional years of experience in program marketing and/or evaluation (for a total of seven years) may substitute for a Bachelor’s Degree
- None
- Education:
- Master’s Degree in Communication or Program Evaluation
- Four or more years of related work experience as a program evaluator and/or dissemination coordinator in an academic setting
- Experience in developing and implementing communication and marketing plans, including graphic design (e.g., logos, visual elements) and social media management
- Proficiency in designing data collection and analysis methods, writing detailed evaluation reports and presenting findings to multiple audiences
- Skilled in tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, graphic design software and other relevant platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, collaboratively with internal and external partners or agencies and as part of a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in professional contexts
